Our Geek Lifestyle
Nov. 14th, 2005 09:08 pmFor about an hour, between the closing of the local B&N and the moment when Dan went up to bed and left me to my graphomania, this is how things were:
On the television, the extended version of The Two Towers.
On the couch, me, with laptop on lap, typing up the day's longhand work on The Traitor of Imlen.
Sprawled in the reading chair, Dan, reading Garth Nix's Sabriel.
When you need to have three epic fantasies running concurrently in your two-person household, you just might be geeks.
That tickled me so much, I had to post about it, even though it's too early to call today's word count.
