You will soon be able to order Tales from Rugosa Coven from all the places, online and brick-and-mortar, where you buy books already, but if you just can't wait for that day to come, you can go here and pre-order Tales from Rugosa Coven directly from Dark Quest Books. I don't know how long it will take for your copy to arrive. The DQB page says January, but the moment of actual availability is a moving target. If I get any solid specifics about that, I'll post them. My understanding, which may be incorrect, is that the current determining factor is how long the queue for printing and binding is at Lightning Source.

Meanwhile, if you feel moved to give someone a copy for Yule/Christmas/Festivus/Whatever, you can always print out that salacious cover art with its jacket copy and fold it into a holiday card with your assurances that the book will ship before Groundhog Day/Imbolc/Brighid/Whatever.
