I'll hop on the "don't beat yourself up more than you already have" bandwagon, and also toss in my genuine admiration at your ability to get any sort of schooling sone at all in such chaotic circumstances! Many hugs and it is completely non-selfish to enjoy actually doing one of the things you are best at. It is especially non-selfish to be glad of writing time since that is adding to the overall success and fulfillment of you and your whole family!
