I am sure it will amuse you to know that for "Sardinian" I had read "Sardine" and clicked on the cut in a fever to see how to make a combination of Watermelon and Sardines edible.
(Does this imply optimism or idiocy on my part? A little of both, maybe? My cooking is heavily tinged with idiotic optimism in its better moments...)
