My favorite sentence from this New York Times story:
They had loaded several thousand pounds of lead into the bottom and were adding rocks to further lower the moss-coated vessel, which resembled something out of Jules Verne by way of Huck Finn, manned by cast members from “Jackass.”

Another example of how the war on terra is ruining the country and particularly NYC. Can't a person do a simple piece of performance art without everyone going nuts anymore?
