That sounds yummy. I've been enjoying my arugula with goat gouda and Bartlett pears (in honor of Stephen Colbert's observation about three-syllable mindless chants--OFF-SHORE-OIL! YES-WE-CAN! BART-LETT-PEARS! BART-LETT-PEARS!).
