Calling All Reiki Practitioners (Again)

I'm looking to get trained in Reiki. Soon would be good. Who's game?
Can I have a roll call of DC/Maryland area Reiki practitioners who read this blog?
Recipes for things that meet the peculiar dietary needs of chemotherapy patients would also be welcome. Looks like my month of casserole mitzvahs is about to become a longer-term spiritual practice.
Recent word from the relatives puts me in mind of the old adage, If you want good news, go out and make some. Today's news? Not so good.

Date: 2009-08-07 02:46 pm (UTC)I do not have chemo-good recipes, as far as I know... Unless lentils are good for that. I could get you about 150,000 lentil recipes. I will ask my mom though. And we will pray here.

Date: 2009-08-08 11:57 am (UTC)Northern Virginia Reiki master, unfortunately travelling Sunday through Wednesday this week. If you want, I'll put you in touch with my teachers while I'm away. If their schedules can manage, they'll do a first level attunement/training in a few hours (4-6 hours, if I recall).
Hm, Jonathan White, formery of 4QF, does Reiki in DC hospices, we might be able to track him down. There might also be other folks in the DC Blue Star community with talents.
