I would strongly suggest that some massage therapy might be added to this mix. Not knowing what is bothering you, I can only make this as a blind suggestion. It has helped me deal with my sciatica and the various other stress-induced produced problems that give rise to poor muscular fitness and resulting body ailments. Highly recommended. My sister is very much in favor of massage as in her view, "it gets more at the root of the problems."
