I've found that writing dialogue, no matter how mundane, tends to pump up that old WC. Yesterday, I did 3560, although I probably worked ten hours to do it. I've always thought of myself as a slow writer, so most of my NaNo output has been simply amazing. I probably passed the 50k magic mark, at least unofficially, but I'll keep cranking it out and, hopefully, cross over at the end with lots of others. Part of the experience for me has been posting and reading about the Nano-life of others. Keep it coming!
