Canoeing with me on an inland canal on a windless day is dangerous enough! I suspect sailing would go badly.

I confess to doing mad victory dances in the privacy of my hotel room after pitch sessions go well, but when the writing goes well, I'm more likely to gesticulate wildly and cackle. I gather that's a pretty amusing spectacle, too.

No cannons. Occasionally a ballista, and eventually rudimentary rockets, but mostly magic. Fortunately, I have twoeleven to be bothered all to hell when I get the military stuff wrong.
